Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link so you can follow your package’s journey.

Please note: During high-volume periods (holiday sales, promotions, etc.), processing times may take slightly longer. We always do our best to get your order out as soon as possible.

If we’re unable to ship to your location due to carrier restrictions or customs limitations, we’ll contact you immediately and issue a full refund.

💰 Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 USD (or equivalent local currency).

  • For orders under $50, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost (shown during checkout).


✈️ Tracking Your Order

After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website or through our Track Order page.
If you do not receive your tracking information within 5 business days after ordering, please contact us at support@kitchenbathandhomegadgets.com.


🚫 Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, and duties once your order arrives in your country.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

🏠 Incorrect Address or Lost Packages

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before confirming your order.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it (shipping fees may apply).
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
